Pence slams Trump on 'un-American' bid to overturn election

Former US Vice-President Mike Pence says he had no right to overturn the result of the 2020 presidential election, despite what Donald Trump may think.

Mr Trump, who has made unsubstantiated claims of mass voter fraud, recently insisted Mr Pence could have blocked certification of the results.
