All passengers rescued after fiery seaplane crash

Video shows the seaplane landing awkwardly in the water, passengers being rescued and the plane bursting into flames. According to the BBC's reporting partner, CBS News, a seaplane with 11 people on board crashed and caught fire in Puget Sound, north of Seattle, Washington on 23 July. All 11 survived, authorities said.
