Bag thief caught on live TV in Barcelona

A man has been caught on air stealing a bag on a Barcelona beach.

Spain's public broadcaster RTVE was speaking to a tourist about his love for the Catalan city as the crime took place in the background.

Police have used the footage to track down the culprit.
