An arrest warrant has been issued for Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller in a domestic violence case involving a pregnant woman.

Police were called to a "major disturbance" at his home in Dallas, Texas on Wednesday.

Two-time Super Bowl champion Miller, 34, is accused of arguing with a pregnant person then assaulting her.

Police say Miller left the scene before they arrived, while the victim was treated for minor injuries.

The Bills said in a statement they are aware of the matter and "are in the process of gathering more information" while the National Football League said it will "follow all legal developments".

Miller was previously investigated but not charged for domestic violence in 2021.

The charge of assaulting a pregnant woman is a third-degree felony in Texas and punishable by prison.
