Birmingham: Starmer says the 'baton has passed' after Erdington by-election win

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer celebrates his party's Birmingham Erdington by-election win, saying the "baton has passed" between two "champions of working people".

The by-election was held after the death of MP Jack Dromey in January.

The party held onto their seat, with nurse Paulette Hamilton becoming Birmingham's first black MP.
