Boris Johnson addresses Ukrianian parliament via video link

The UK prime minister has addressed the Ukrainian parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, via video link saying that Russia will be held to account for their "war crimes".

Boris Johnson said Russian soldiers no longer had the "excuse" to say they did not know what they were doing in Ukraine.

Ending his speech to cheers from Ukrainian politicians, he said: "Ukraine will win".
