Full-back Amelia Brown is set to make her England debut after being named in Stuart Barrow's 19-player squad to face Wales in Saturday's Test match in Leeds.
The Huddersfield Giants starlet, 20, scored 13 tries in the Women's Super League last term, having previously played as a winger.
Leeds Rhinos prop Izzy Northrop and St Helens centre Erin Stott also look likely to make their international bows for the Lionesses.
Super League champions York Valkyrie are represented through Eboni Partington and Liv Wood, while their former second-row forward Hollie-Mae Dodd is in line to make her first appearance for her country since joining Canberra Raiders in 2023.
England head coach Barrow said: "It's been incredibly difficult to decide who will face Wales this Saturday because we have so many talented young girls coming through, but I'm happy with the squad I've selected and really looking forward to the challenge that lies ahead.
"With three debutants coming into the squad, Saturday will be really special for us all and hopefully we can continue on this trajectory of new names breaking into the team."
