Flanker Will Connors has been picked ahead of Ireland open-side Josh van der Flier for Leinster's Investec Champions Cup final against Toulouse at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday.
Connors started over Van der Flier for both victories over La Rochelle in this year's tournament, but was left out of the matchday squad for the semi-final win against Northampton Saints.
Ireland full-back Hugo Keenan also returns to the starting XV after not featuring in the Champions Cup since the last 16 because of injury.
Lock and co-captain James Ryan, who like Keenan returned from injury in defeat by Ulster last weekend, is named on the bench.
This means number eight Caelan Doris will continue as captain after his impressive performance as skipper against Northampton at Croke Park.
Ryan's selection means Ross Molony drops out of the matchday squad with South African lock Jason Jenkins picked to start the game.
Centre Garry Ringrose, who has not played since the final game of the Six Nations because of a shoulder injury, misses out, meaning 22-year-old Jamie Osborne continues in the midfield with Robbie Henshaw.
Other tight selection calls sees wing Jordan Larmour edge out Jimmy O'Brien, who recently returned to fitness, with utility back Ciaran Frawley on the bench as Leinster again go for a 6-2 spilt between forwards and backs.
The Irish province are aiming to equal Toulouse as five-time European champions and secure their first title since 2018 after back-back final defeats by La Rochelle.
Toulouse first won the competition in 1996, with their last victory coming at Twickenham in 2021.
"Toulouse are the standard bearers of the competition really," said Leinster boss Leo Cullen.
"Going back to the start of the competition, they were the ones out of the blocks first in terms of professionalism and you could see the set-up they had when the game went professional first.
"They were light years ahead of us, let's be honest. We sort of feel that we've been chasing them ever since."
Toulouse, who were knocked out by Leinster at the semi-final stage in 2022 and 2023 in Dublin, have again picked Scotland full-back Blair Kinghorn ahead of France's Thomas Ramos.
Even with Ramos' reliability off the kicking tee, the Top 14 outfit - like in their semi-final victory over Harlequins - have opted for Kinghorn's running game.
England's Jack Willis is named at flanker as he aims to win his first Champions Cup after ruling himself out of international rugby to remain in France.
Captain Antoine Dupont again partners Romain Ntamack, who has impressed since coming back from a nasty knee injury that ruled the fly-half out of the World Cup.
The five-time European champions have also named exciting 21-year-old centre Paul Costes in the midfield alongside Tonga international Pita Ahki.
