Cooper calls for pre-travel Covid tests to prevent Omicron speed

The shadow home secretary has said it was "really irresponsible" for the government not to make Covid testing before travelling a requirement.

Yvette Cooper said these would help stop the spread of new cases if people were tested before they boarded busy planes, buses and trains.
