Covid: Health secretary urges NHS staff to get vaccinated

Health Secretary Sajid Javid says he doesn't want to lose unvaccinated NHS staff, but that it is their professional duty to get vaccinated.

He also says the government is "reflecting" on the upcoming 3 February deadline when NHS staff must have had their first jab.
