Death toll rising from Kentucky flash floods

At least eight people are dead after rain deluged the eastern part of Kentucky, and officials fear the toll will increase.

Hundreds of homes have been wiped out by the flash flooding, said the Bluegrass state’s governor, who has declared a statewide emergency.
