Drone video shows graffiti covering luxury high-rise in LA

Twenty-seven floors of an unfinished luxury high-rise complex were painted with graffiti last week. The site, which has been abandoned since 2019, is located in downtown Los Angeles. Police say over a dozen people entered the building, but only two were apprehended.
