Dundee part company with manager Docherty

Dundee have sacked manager Tony Docherty following the end of the Scottish Premiership campaign.

The Dens Park club defeated St Johnstone 2-0 on Sunday to finish the season in 10th place.

A statement released by Dundee said "the results of the team have not met the standards expected by the club".
