Club captain Alex Dombrandt and centre Luke Northmore will return from injury for Harlequins against Bath on Saturday after being named in England's squad for the autumn internationals.
Dombrandt has not played since injuring his hand in Quins' opening-day defeat by Sale Sharks.
While Northmore returns after exiting his side's bonus-point win over Newcastle Falcons a week later.
Steve Borthwick named six Harlequins players in his squad of 36 for England's November fixtures against New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Japan.
Number eight Dombrant, 27, has made 16 appearances for the national side while Northmore is looking to claim his first cap.
Winger Isgro set for Harlequins debut
Tyrone Green also comes into the Harlequins team who entertain last season's runners-up Bath at The Stoop (kick-off 17:30 BST). The 26-year-old is set to start at full-back in his first appearance of the season.
Argentina winger Rodrigo Isgro is set to make his debut on the wing.

Harlequins are sixth in the Premiership with two wins and two defeats in their opening four matches, three places and three points below Bath.
