Everton are pursuing Sevilla duo Payne and Gabarro

Everton are pursuing Sevilla duo Inma Gabarro and Toni Payne in the summer transfer window.

Midfielder Gabarro, 21, progressed through Sevilla's academy before breaking into the first team in 2019 and has represented Spain on four occasions.

Forward Payne, 29, is a Nigeria international who started against England in their last-16 defeat at the 2023 Women's World Cup.

She joined Sevilla in 2018 following a spell at Ajax.

The Toffees currently sit eighth in the Women's Super League table and the transfer window opens on 24 June, ending on 13 September.
