'Top agent 'falsified evidence''

According to The Times, the Football Association is investigating whether a football agent submitted false evidence to an arbitration hearing involving a Premier League footballer.
There is also a separate report on the Times back page saying the Professional Footballers' Association is offering to help resolve a dispute between England midfielder Jadon Sancho and Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.
And there is a striking image of Erling Haaland in a lake dressed as a Viking.

The Star back page says that Arsenal are stepping up their interest in Brentford striker Ivan Toney, with manager Mikel Arteta considering a move in the January transfer window to bolster the Gunners' title chances.
There is also a report on Jadon Sancho, with his Manchester United team-mates reportedly urging the England winger to "say sorry and end his feud with manager Erik ten Hag".

Good morning
There are plenty of interesting news lines in today's back pages so we will get to them straight away this morning.
Later on, attention will turn to the Carabao Cup, with seven third-round ties to be played tonight, including an all-Premier League clash between Manchester United and Crystal Palace.
As part of our build-up, we will also be hearing from a host of managers before Wednesday's ties, which feature another 12 Premier League sides. First up will be Newcastle's Eddie Howe from around 10:00 BST.
We will also build up to England's match against the Netherlands tonight in the Women's Nations League.
