Polling stations across the UK have opened for the 2024 general election.
People will be able to cast their votes from 07:00 until 22:00 BST.
There are 12 seats being contested in Surrey, with the first results expected in the early hours of Friday.
Anyone intending to vote in person will need to take an approved form of photo ID to the polling station.
A redrawing of boundaries means there are some new constituency names for 2024. In Surrey, these are: Farnham and Borden (which crosses the border into Hampshire) plus Godalming and Ash.
Parts of the Runnymede and Weybridge seat have become part of the Berkshire seat of Windsor.
The BBC, like other broadcasters, is not allowed to report details of campaigning while the polls are open.
