Government borrowing in November was higher than expected, according to the latest official figures show.
Borrowing - the difference between spending and tax income - was £14.3bn in November, the Office for National Statistics said.
That was £900m less than a year earlier but was still the fourth highest November borrowing figure since monthly records began in 1993.
It was also above the £13bn that had been forecast by analysts.
