Wales will give opportunities to fringe players to impress in their final tour game against Queensland Reds on Friday.
Warren Gatland's side lost the Test series against Australia 2-0 and finish their three-match trip with a friendly in Brisbane against the Super Rugby side.
Former rugby league wing Regan Grace was not involved in the two matches against the Wallabies and is set to be given his chance.
Centre Eddie James, full-back Jacob Beetham, scrum-half Gareth Davies, props Corey Domachoswki and Dillon Lewis, hooker Efan Daniel and locks Ben Carter and Matthew Screech were also not involved in the Test series.
Kieran Hardy, Sam Costelow, Nick Tompkins, Harri O'Connor, Evan Lloyd, Kemsley Mathias, Cory Hill and Mackenzie Martin have only been used sporadically as replacements in Australia.
"We want players that have come out here on tour to have an involvement," said Gatland.
"That was always the plan. Whether they're starting or in the 23, hopefully everyone will have some sort of involvement - unless they've got injuries."
Lewis and Carter missed the internationals through injury, while Cardiff back Beetham has picked up a foot problem on tour.
