Grant Shapps: 'There is plenty of petrol in the country'

Transport secretary Grant Shapps has blamed an "irresponsible briefing" from the Road Haulage Association for panic buying at petrol stations across the UK.

Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show he said government plans to introduce temporary visas for hauliers and poultry workers to limit disruption before Christmas.
