Harris attacks Trump in first campaign speech

Vice-President Kamala Harris has delivered her first speech since securing the support of a majority of Democratic delegates to become the party's nominee for president. At a rally in the battleground state of Wisconsin, she paid tribute to President Joe Biden, attacked Donald Trump's criminal record and promised to unite the Democratic party.
