He's been brilliant - Borthwick on dropping Farrell for Smith

England head coach Steve Borthwick says Owen Farrell has "been brilliant" this week despite dropping him to the bench as they prepare for France in round four of the Six Nations. Ellis Genge will take over the captaincy at the start of the game with Marcus Smith starting as fly-half.
