Ian Blackford: This is a regressive poll tax

The SNP's Westminster leader Ian Blackford has said the Conservatives are "fleecing" Scottish workers.

He said the tax rise was "balancing the books on the backs of the poor and the young".

Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that devolved nations have been telling him they want more funding for the NHS.
