Is Truss or Starmer behind Labour bounce?

The BBC's Chris Mason asked what lies behind Labour polling better with the public.

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer said the Labour Party "can face the electorate with confidence and the electorate can look back at the party with confidence".

He said this year's Labour conference was different to ones that had been taking place "for many, many years" because the party now has confidence.
