The UK government has responded to a breakdown in computer systems that hit travel, banking and online sites across the world.
Pat McFadden, whose Cabinet Office minister role includes looking at resilience preparedness, said a "fix" was being put in place and the priority was to make sure the "inconvenience" came to an end.
He spoke to BBC deputy political editor Vicki Young after the cause of the global IT meltdown was found.
