Matt Richards revels in helping Team GB's 4x200m freestyle relay team retain their Olympic title in Paris.

Welshman Richards joined fellow Tokyo Games winners James Guy, Tom Dean and Duncan Scott to win at La Defense Arena.

Richards' fellow Welshman Kieran Bird will also take home a gold medal after helping the quartet reach the final.
