Keir Starmer criticises government over fiscal policies

Labour leader Keir Starmer has told the BBC that Conservatives can never again claim to be a party of fiscal responsibility.

He said problems which could stem from their current economic plans - such as soaring interest rates - were a "self-inflicted wound".
