Keir Starmer: The charade continues on Rwanda

During his speech, the Labour leader says the Rwanda plan has cost the tax payer £290m - and "not a single person has been sent" to the east African country.

The government's Rwanda bill is in the Commons on Tuesday evening, when MPs get a chance to debate and vote on it.
