Knife attack in China primary school leaves 2 dead

Two people have been killed and 10 others injured in a knife attack at a primary school in China's southern Jiangxi province, police said.

The attack took place at about midday (04:00 GMT) at the school in Guixi city.

Police said the it was carried out by a 45-year-old woman, who used a fruit knife.

She has since been controlled, police said in the statement released on social media.
