Kompany says officials 'are doing the best they can'

Burnley manager Vincent Kompany says officials are "doing the best they can" when asked if PGMOL should be transparent over decisions.

VAR failed to overturn an incorrect decision to disallow a Luis Diaz goal for offside in Tottenham Hotspur's 2-1 win over Liverpool on Saturday.
