Lawmakers tour site of Trump assassination attempt

US lawmakers took a closer look at the grounds where the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump took place in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The bipartisan congressional task force expressed frustration over the lack of answers and emphasised the need to ensure the safety of candidates and elected officials.

Lawmakers also surveyed the area from the rooftop where the gunman shot from.
