Levelling up: What is the government's plan?

The government has released its White Paper on 'levelling up' which, if implemented, sets out changes that the government hopes will provide opportunities across' the UK.

But, Labour is accusing the government of a lack of ambition, saying today's White Paper is a mixture of recycled money and slogans.
