Matt Hancock back in House of Commons

The former health secretary has appeared again in the Commons after several weeks in Australia.

Matt Hancock was trying to pass a law that would result in every child in primary school being screened for dyslexia, after appearing on ITV's I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here. But his bill ran out of time.
