People have had enough of 'out-of-touch' government - Lib Dems leader

Liberal Democrats leader Sir Ed Davey has said poor local election results for the Conservatives show it is time for change and people want to make the current government history.

He appeared with people dressed in dinosaur costumes as the Lib Dems celebrated gains in local elections.
