Paddy Pimblett has revealed his fight at UFC 304 in Manchester is the final bout on his current UFC contract.

The Liverpudlian is one of the biggest British stars in the promotion and has become a big name in the US.

Pimblett, 29, fights Bobby Green on 27 July in Manchester and the lightweight says he intends to stay with the UFC.

"I wouldn’t want to go to a different organization," Pimblett told MMA Junkie., external

"UFC is the cream of the crop. It’s the main place. When you say to people, 'I do MMA'. Most of them go, 'What’s that?' You say, 'UFC'.

"People don’t even know what MMA is. They know what UFC is. You never know, though.

"Some of these stupid YouTubers who are boxing could end up offering me millions to end up fighting one of them. So we’ll see what happens."

Several MMA fighters have crossed over into boxing in the last 12 months, including former UFC stars Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal.

Pimblett made his UFC debut in 2021 and has won his five fights in the octagon.

He already has his eyes set on his next potential fight, teasing he would love to do a season as a coach on UFC's TV Show "The Ultimate Fighter" alongside lightweight rival Renato Moicano.

"This is the last fight on my contract, so we’ll be getting back to the renegotiation table after this," Pimblett said.

"I’d love to fight Moicano. I think it would be absolutely hilarious to do a season of The Ultimate Fighter with him. I think that would be one of the best seasons they’ve ever done."

UFC Manchester will be overnight in the UK, catering to a US audience, with the main event expected to start around 05:00 BST on Sunday, 28 July.
