UK clothing and homeware brand Joules has said it plans to appoint administrators in a move that could put about 1,700 jobs at risk.
The company said it was making the move after talks with potential investors had failed to raise extra funds.
Joules also said it was suspending trading in its shares on the London stock market.
When Joules listed its shares on the London market in 2016 the company had been valued at around £140m.
