Rishi Sunak at COP28:Pragmatism needed on climate change

The UK's prime minister said climate change could only be tackled "if we take people with us".

Speaking at the COP28 conference in Dubai, Rishi Sunak said British people care about the environment but explained why some costly measures have been scrapped.

He said net zero would be in delivered in a way that "benefitted" the people of the UK.
