The RMT union has announced strikes by its members at Network Rail on 3, 5 and 7 November as part of a dispute over pay.
The union represents more than 20,000 workers at the rail infrastructure organisation.
RMT general secretary Mick Lynch accused Network Rail of "dishonesty" in negotiations.
In separate disputes, RMT rail workers at London Underground and London Overground will strike on 3 November.
