Defenders Connor Roberts and Joe Rodon have both withdrawn from Wales squad for friendly internationals against Gibraltar and Slovakia.
Stoke City defender Matt Baker - who spent last season on loan with Newport County - has been added to the party, receiving his first senior call-up.
The Football Association of Wales (FAW) have given no reason for the withdrawal of Roberts and Rodon who played in Leeds United's Championship play-off final defeat to Southampton last month.
Midfielder David Brooks who was injured playing for Southampton at Wembley was not included in manager Robert Page's original squad.
However, Leeds' Ethan Ampadu and Dan James are both included for matches against Gibraltar in Portugal on Thursday and the trip to Slovakia three days later.
Baker, 21, was born in England but qualifies for Wales through his mother.
He has five Wales Under-21 caps.
Page had already selected five uncapped players - including Liverpool forward Lewis Koumas in his final squad of the season.
The 18-year-old is set to follow his midfielder father Jason as a full Wales international, while there is also a call for another teenager in the shape of 17-year-old Leeds United midfielder Charlie Crew.
Coventry City's Jay Dasilva and fellow defender Fin Stevens, who has impressed on loan with Oxford United from Brentford, plus Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Tom King are the other uncapped players.
