Sir Keir Starmer: The government is now collapsing

The Labour leader has said the Conservative party was "corrupted" and called for a change of government.

Sir Keir Starmer said Tory MPs had been complicit as Boris Johnson had "disgraced his office" and they should have acted months ago.

He called for a general election and a "new start for Britain" after Rishi Sunak and Sajid Javid resigned from the cabinet.
