Flanker Jamie Ritchie is out for the tournament after underdoing surgery on the hamstring injury suffered in last weekend's opening win over England.
Sam Skinner replaces Ritchie, while Pierre Schoeman and WP Nel join hooker Stuart McInally in the front row.
