'Sloppy' England have to work on mentality - Richards

BBC Sport pundits Micah Richards, Rio Ferdinand and Cesc Fabregas say England were underwhelming in the second half of their 1-0 win over Serbia and they need to work on their "mentality" and "arrogance" if they are going to be able to close out games against tougher opposition.
