Starmer closes his 2021 Labour Party conference speech

Sir Keir Starmer has told Labour his principles are work, care, equality and security, which are the "tools of my trade".

The party leader closed his conference speech to a standing ovation – following heckling earlier – saying these values "take you right to the heart of the British public".
