Starmer compares Durham and Downing Street lockdown events

There were no breach of the Covid lockdown rules at Labour's Durham event in April 2021, says Sir Keir Starmer, with no action taken after a police investigation.

He said there was "absolutely no comparison" with events in Downing Street, where 50 fines have been issued so far.
