Boris Johnson is "breaking his promise yet again" over a promised crackdown on MPs taking second jobs says Sir Keir Starmer.

The Labour leader claimed the PM had a "trust and moral authority" problem after a pledge to limit the amount of time MPs spend on second jobs appears to have been dropped.
