Tampa mayor finds 70lb of cocaine on fishing trip

Jane Castor was on a family fishing trip in the Florida Keys when she found a suspicious package. It wasn't long before Castor, a former police officer and Tampa’s first female Chief of Police, knew that it was cocaine. The 70lb (32kg) are estimated to be worth $1.1 million (£865,000).
