Vivianne Miedema has scored in four successive games for Arsenal in all competitionsArsenal kept their Women's Super League title bid on track by coming from behind to run out comfortable winners at Aston Villa.
Kirsty Hanson's 20-yard strike gave the hosts a shock early lead at Villa Park.
However, Rachel Corsie's own goal and a classy volley from Vivianne Miedema turned the game in the Gunners' favour.
Katie McCabe's tap-in and Jordan Nobbs' first-time finish sealed a victory that moved the visitors above Manchester United into second place in the table.
Victory took them level on points with leaders Chelsea but the Blues can re-establish a three-point cushion if they win at home to Reading later on Sunday.
Regardless of that result, Jonas Eidevall's side will hold a game in hand over their London rivals - and the two sides meet in their first game of 2023 when Arsenal host Chelsea on 15 January.
This win was an eighth successive away triumph in the WSL for Arsenal, who always looked in control after cancelling out the early deficit, even if sixth-placed Villa did provide spirited opposition throughout.
