UK minister: Not all Russians are our enemy

Many British citizens of Russian extraction came to the UK to oppose President Putin, Michael Ellis has told the Commons.

The Paymaster General warned Labour about being anti-Russian, as the party claimed Boris Johnson over-ruled security service advice and gave a peerage to media mogul Evgeny Lebedev.
