Ukraine: Any attack on a nuclear plant is 'suicidal', says UN

UN Secretary General António Guterres has called for international inspectors to be given access to the Zaporizhzhia power plant, after Ukraine and Russia accused each other of shelling the site over the weekend.

Mr Guterres was speaking about the situation during a trip to Japan.
