Ukraine: Russians still bombing Mariupol despite ceasefire - deputy mayor

The deputy mayor of Mariupol has told the BBC that Russian forces are still attacking the city despite a ceasefire being agreed.

Serhiy Orlov added that evacuations of citizens had been stopped.
